Christopher Delamont is a very proud Wiradjuri / Nari Nari man from Western New South Wales. He has lived in various towns throughout New South Wales. However, he was always compelled to stay near the Murrumbidgee (“big water” in Wiradjuri language) River. Chris Now lives on Wudawurrung Country in VIC.
Chris is the First Nation’s Recruitment Coordinator at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and has been in his role almost 4 years. In that time Chris has played an instrumental part in developing recruitment and retention strategies and also as the Co-Chair of the RAP Steering committee has help influence improvement works to achieve deliverables across all parts of the organization.
